Refund Policy

At Talari AI, we stand behind the quality of our services with a clear, fair refund policy. This document explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For new customers on their first subscription month:

Within the first 30 days of your initial paid period, you may request a full refund. All new subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your first month's subscription fee for any reason. Cancel anytime, no contracts, no fine print.

2. Conditions for the Guarantee

To qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee, you must:

  • Provide accurate ICP information during onboarding
  • Approve campaign launch within 5 business days of system being ready
  • Respond to our team's questions within 48 hours during the engagement
  • Not unilaterally pause campaigns for more than 5 days during the 30-day period
  • Submit your refund request within 7 days after the 30-day period ends

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email billing@talariai.com with subject "Refund Request"
  • Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  • We will respond within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. Your services will continue until the end of the current paid period.

Refund: A refund returns money already paid. Refunds are only available under the conditions described in this policy.

5. Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access to services for the remainder of the billed period.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Subscriptions beyond the first month (unless required by law)
  • Failure to provide accurate ICP information that prevented effective campaigns
  • Refusing to approve campaign launches in a timely manner
  • Unilateral campaign pauses or interruptions exceeding 5 days
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team
  • Unrealistic ICP definitions (e.g., targeting Fortune 500 CEOs in week one with no track record)

7. Add-On Services

Add-on services such as additional sender profiles or email channel are pro-rated separately. Refunds for add-ons follow the same 30-day rule when added at initial signup.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us first at billing@talariai.com. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

9. Refund Processing Time

  • Approval review: 2 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days
  • Bank/card posting: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution

Refunds are issued in the original currency and to the original payment method.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will not affect refund requests already in progress. Material changes will be communicated via email.
