Refund Policy

At Talari AI, we take responsibility for what we can fully control. This policy explains exactly when and how you can receive a refund, written in plain language so there are no surprises.

1. Our Service Guarantee

We commit to a clear, controllable outcome: your outbound campaigns will be live and sending real messages within 4 business days of you completing onboarding and approving your campaign for launch.

If we fail to launch your campaigns within that window for reasons within our control, you may request a full refund of any fees paid for that billing period. No questions, no fine print, no prorating.

We do not guarantee a specific number of meetings, replies, or closed deals. Those outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our exclusive control — including the quality of your offer, the accuracy of your ICP definition, market conditions, and your sales process. We optimize the top of the funnel as hard as we can, but we won't make promises we can't fully control.

2. What "Launch" Means

Your campaign is considered "launched" when all of the following are true:

  • Dedicated infrastructure (LinkedIn account and/or email inbox) has been warmed and set up under your campaign
  • Prospect list has been built and approved by you
  • Message sequences have been written and approved by you
  • Real outbound messages have been sent to real prospects on your behalf

3. Customer Responsibilities

The 4-day launch clock starts when you complete onboarding, which means:

  • You've completed the onboarding form with your ICP, offer, and goals
  • You've approved the prospect list we built for you
  • You've approved the message sequences we drafted
  • You've responded to any clarification questions from our team within 24 hours

If we are waiting on your input or approvals, the 4-day clock pauses until you respond. We will document any such delays in writing.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under this policy:

  • Email hello@talariai.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include your account email and a brief description of why you believe a refund is due
  • We will respond within 2 business days
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time, no contracts, no penalties. Cancellation stops all future billing but does not retroactively refund the current paid period. Your service continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refund: A refund returns money already paid. Refunds under this policy are limited to the conditions described above.

To cancel: email hello@talariai.com at any time. We process cancellations within 1 business day.

6. Pro-Rated Refunds

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months once a campaign is live. If you cancel mid-month, you retain full access to services for the remainder of the billed period.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You did not complete onboarding within a reasonable timeframe (Talari will document the timeline)
  • You failed to provide ICP information accurate enough for us to build campaigns
  • You refused to approve campaign launches in a timely manner
  • You unilaterally paused campaigns for more than 5 days during the launch period
  • The number of meetings booked is below your personal expectations — we don't guarantee meeting volume (see Section 1)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team
  • Subscriptions beyond the first paid period (unless required by law)

8. Add-On Services

Add-on services such as additional LinkedIn accounts or email channels are billed and refunded under the same 4-day launch rule. Each add-on has its own launch window beginning from your approval of that add-on's setup.

9. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at hello@talariai.com. We respond fast and we'd rather resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension and a permanent ban from re-onboarding.

10. Refund Processing Time

  • Approval review: 2 business days from your request
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days to issue
  • Bank/card posting: an additional 3-5 business days depending on your financial institution

Refunds are issued in the original currency and to the original payment method.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy occasionally. Changes will not affect refund requests already in progress. Material changes will be communicated to active customers via email.
